The hydraulic cylinder test bench is a test equipment for testing the sealing performance, running speed and running state, running stroke and installation distance size, pressure durability and deformation of single-acting cylinders, double-acting cylinders, linear cylinders and rotary cylinders. It can ensure the qualified rate of the processed cylinders and improve the production efficiency of the enterprise. This test bench can perform performance tests on two cylinders at the same time.
This test bench adopts PLC control to realize the automation of the test function group. All motor and solenoid valve control points are controlled by PLC. Physical quantity data such as pressure parameters, temperature parameters, and liquid level parameters are collected by sensors for AD conversion for PLC control reference and result calculation. The front operation panel of the test bench is equipped with a touch screen, which displays the parameter data after PLC calculation, and provides virtual control buttons and control parameter settings.
This test bench can be connected to the host computer through the communication interface. The host computer provides functions such as data storage parameter setting, data analysis, report printing and remote control automatic testing.
2. Motor control: The main oil pump motor is 15KW and uses inverter start control. The other motors use direct start control. The solenoid valve adopts isolation control, the power supply voltage is 24VDC, the PLC output point controls the intermediate relay, and the intermediate relay controls the solenoid valve coil.
3. Actual physical parameters, such as pressure, temperature, etc., are converted into AD through sensors;
4. The touch screen is an HMI (human-machine interface) device. Through configuration editing, the internal data and control of the PLC can be graphically and dynamically displayed, and virtual buttons can be provided to improve the friendliness of human-machine interaction and facilitate the operation of the equipment.
5.The program design part of the hydraulic comprehensive test bench cooperates with the electrical control part. The overall program includes three parts: PLC program part, touch screen configuration program part, and host computer software part (extended functions).
